Interior packages include: interior doors, hidden accent walls, and complete interior trim work.
We follow each manufacturer’s installation instructions for the products you choose to protect and maintain your warranty.

Our Story
Gene Cathy III, owner of GCIII Carpentry, Inc., has been a licensed C-6 (Cabinet, Millwork, and Finish Carpentry) contractor since 2008. With hands-on experience dating back to 1985, Gene has sharpened a builder’s eye for precision, delivering quality craftsmanship and dependable service on residential and commercial projects alike. From state-of-the-art recording studios to custom homes, he brings visions to life with care, accuracy, and pride. Experience Timeline
• 1985–1990: Recording-studio build-outs and commercial construction, including steel-stud framing, drywall, and T-bar ceilings; collaborated with leading studio builders and audio engineers.
• 1990–1995: High-end residential work across all phases: demolition, framing, drywall, and door and window installation through completion.
• 1995–2003: Supervisor for custom residential remodels; coordinated and scheduled all trades, met with architects, engineers, and building inspectors, and led bi-weekly client meetings to keep projects on track.
• 2003–2008: Project manager for a five-year estate build; led 25–50 person crews to deliver a main house, guest house, pool cabana, pool with swim-up bar and palapa, and a large waterfall with fire features; oversaw detailed interior and exterior architectural execution across all structures.
• 2008–2019: Managed several high end residential project.
• 2019: GCIII Carpentry, Inc. incorporated.
• 2023: Certified contractor for Andersen Windows & Doors.
• 2024: Continuing to grow, specializing in premium door and window installations.
